NOW CASTING, “Greased Lightning” The Wydell High School Reunion! This is a scripted AUDIENCE INTERACTIVE comedy with some improv, some light karaoke type singing, and fun parody dancing. The show is a parody of the Grease characters “30 years later” where the audience also plays alumni!
THE SHOW IS PERFORMING in Peekskill, NY near the metro north train station. MUST BE OK TRAVELING TO PEEKSKILL for BOTH rehearsals and the performance. Preference will be given to Westchester county actors. There are 2 rehearsals and one performance. Rehearsals are two Sundays 5/5 and 5/12 from 6-10pm and the one performance is 5/17/2024 7p-11p. NON UNION!Pay is $75 for entire gig inc rehearsals and performance.
SEEKING THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERS:
- “Candie Oleson” (Dannie Duko’s ex) 40-60 years, must be sweet, sexy, and attractive, prefer an actor who can speak in an Australian accent
- TahTah Delgario the sexy and sassy, latina school rival, prefer someone who can dance a bit of salsa 40-60 years old.
- Wrenchy Donelly, the pink haired adorable hostess, curvy, fun, outgoing, 40-60 yrs.
