We here at Hanging Cow Productions, are a diverse and hard working group of artists that contribute to each and every show we produce in different ways. As well as entertaining our audiences, our mission is to help provoke open mindedness and human connection through art. We produce works that strive to represent all types of cultures and communities both through comedy and drama and we are a member of Parity Productions which is an organization which supports women, minorities, and the LGBTQ theater community. All 9 of our Broadway worthy shows, when produced on a smaller scale, enticed a range of audience demographics. “The Sixth Session” is a touching drama with humorous elements about the intimate lives and therapy sessions of 3 characters. “The Answers To Apathy,” is a dramatic slice of life play about 6 characters who experience a profound loss and how each is adversely affected, and “An Arrangement of Euphoric Illusions” is a play that tells a dramatic story from 2 points of view from 6 characters. “12 Steps, the Musical” is both a touching story and a hilarious one which deals with the human struggle of addiction and recovery told through 10 characters’ eyes. “Angels Among Us” is a play told through connected vignettes that explores 9 characters living through the worst days of their lives only to realize later that the best days are yet to come. “An Awkward Inheritance,” is both a funny and touching story about a dysfunctional family finding their way and their inheritance from a profound loss and “All Because of Infidelity” chronicles four couples in different stages of infidelity. “The Accidental Awakening” is about characters struggling to face their mortality. “All We Really Know is That We Exist,” is deep character reveal (10 of them) about New Yorker’s questioning their lives, choices, and their mortality.
Each one of these full scale, all original productions is unique in its own right and are all equally potentially extremely profitable. Help us take these shows to Broadway!
